Oregon Loop Lodge is cleaned and maintained by Sunset Lodging in Sunriver They are located next to the grocery store in the village.

Check-In Procedures are as follows:
DIRECTIONS TO SUNSET LODGING OFFICE
Take the Sunriver exit #153 off Highway 97 to S. Century Drive.
Drive 1.2 miles to the round-a-bout at the entrance to the resort area.
Take the first exit of the round-a-bout onto Abbot Drive.
Make your first right onto Beaver Drive, then make a left into the Village Mall.
Sunset Lodging is next door to the grocery store --- you can’t miss it!
LATE CHECK-IN INFORMATION – Check-in is at 4:00 pm
If you will be arriving after the office is closed, you will have a key packet in the lock box located next to our front door.
- Enter the access code as mentioned in your rental agreement (page 4)
- Pull out the key and open the mailbox marked with the first letter of the last name on the reservation
- Return the key to the key pad
- If you have any issues or emergencies, please call their 24-hour line at 541-948-2552
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS – Check-out is at 11:00 am
- Take out trash to garbage enclosure (Should also be done every Thursday night)
- Put dishes in dishwasher and start
- Make sure all doors and windows are secured
- Turn heat to 55 degrees
- Please return all keys to Sunset Lodging on departure
